If we were to pick the most productive social media we would opt for Twitter and that is also because now it has the paying add option to promote tweets which enables you to reach more people.
Twitter also has many free options that allow you to contact people directly either through a direct message, if they follow you, and by mentioning them. Using the '@' symbol will bring up the message in their notifications alerts.
